No there isnt.....assholes!! If there was, the EPA wouldn't purposefully be being train wrecked! The Paris Treaty wouldn't be as dead as a doornail. Solar power would be providing the grid with more than 2% of our electrcity! Congress would have passed some kind of climate change legislation in the past 10 years ( none ).
