Question for the Clinton lovers

Hillary Clinton has said many times, that she never sent or received any classified information. If this is so, how did she do her job as Secretary of State. Her statement makes no sense, but if it is true, who was sending and receiving the classified information, that allowed the office of secretary of state to function, and by what other means did they transfer this secret info to Clinton?

i think she is assuming that 53/54% of all 2016 voters have an IQ of around 35 and will believe her.
