how many times do we read about rock throwing jews and nothing being done...

a sign of an apartheid state is when one racial group being treated far more severly than another racial group by enforcement authorities.

How many times have you read about Jews and Christians targeted and killed just for who they are by Muslims. Apartheid arguments fall short when it comes to the only real democracy in the Middle East verses a bunch of racist intolerant savages that practice state sanctioned apartheid. But you already knew that.

The use of the description of "Apartheid" in connection with the Israeli relationship to the Palestinians in the Occupied Territory is an intentional attempt to inject inflammatory commentary on the subject. It is an attempt to amplify news media coverage that is supportive of a pro-Palestinian stance, trying to garner a polarizing sympathetic reaction.

Palestinians and the Occupied Territories are a people and a region fought with lawlessness and deadly confrontations. The Palestinians are unable to police themselves and more than willing to support insurgent and terrorist activity.

The Israeli Defense Force (IDF) is placed in a very tenuous position of deadly exposures. If they approach violent confrontations in a non-lethal stance, it will be exploited by insurgents using deadly force. If the IDF comes prepared to repulse deadly force, the terrorists exploit and induce the confrontation as a media event; attempting (again) to gain exaggerated sympathy for their cause.

Even when Palestinian Police (PA) step-up to the plate and intervene, in lieu of the IDF, they to can run afoul of deadly force incidents.

Palestinian police and youth clash in Ramallah refugee camp said:
RAMALLAH: On Sunday night Palestinian police clashed with youth in the Al-Amari refugee camp in Ramallah, reports Ma’an News Agency. Three protesters were injured when Palestinian Authority police fired live ammunition in response to stone-throwing.

Police attempted to clear streets that had been barricaded off by protesters demonstrating on behalf of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli military prisons. Angry youth launched rocks at them, and security forces in turn fired live ammunition, first into the air and then aimed for the protesters’ legs.

This is a Catch-22 for the Occupation and Territorial Police. The greater the Occupation Resistance, the greater the Counterinsurgency countermeasures. Reduced law enforcement projection of force requires an environment where most of the Palestinian population respects the Rule of Law, which in turn, induces law enforcement agencies to limit their powers. "Maintaining law and order implies firm dealing with occurrences of theft, violence, and disturbance of peace, and rapid enforcement of penalties imposed under criminal law." If the Palestinian do not respect their ow police, it is unlikely that they will respect IDF authority.

Try throwing a rock at a police officer in the US and see what happens, and then compare that reaction to all the unnecessary restraint the Israelis show towards the Pal animals.

Look at Middle East Occupations, and please observe how they all end! They never end well for the Occupiers and Afghanistan is a perfect illustration of that. THAT ALMOST SAW THE DOWNFALL of one nation already! Does the US desire the same consequences for her associations with Occupations?

if you are hinting that you are willing to try to divert from the issue at hand, which is that jewish demonstrators are treated differently (gently and with kid gloves) than palestinian demonstrators (who are shot at with live rounds) by posting a video by a sarcastic, jewish, arrogant ass trying to justify the beating of a pro-palestinian demonstrator from denmark, a video in which this arrogant israeli jew throws america, canada, australia, and many european countries under the bus by showing out of context police actions in those countries, then yes, i get your hint.

now, perhaps you will take the time to read my links. you have missed the point entirely.

Abbas Makes It Official: All of Israel is Palestine

The Fatah party, headed by Abbas, has made official what it has been saying more quietly and adopts a new logo: All of Israel as Palestine.

The Fatah party, headed by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, has made official what it has been saying quietly and has adopted a new logo showing all of Israel as Palestine.

The logo marks the 48th anniversary of the founding of Fatah by Yasser Arafat and includes a map with the PA flag and a map of Israel that appears to be a depiction of the black and white checkered kefiyah, a symbol of the violent intifada, and the slogan “the state and victory."

Palestine Media Watch (PMW) revealed that the official PA daily published the new official logo.

For the past year, official PA documents have increasingly shown Palestine as covering all of Israel, but this is the first time the Fatah party has placed the map on its logo.

PMW noted, “Other symbols central to Fatah ideology also appear in the logo, including a rifle and a key symbolizing the Palestinian claim of ownership to houses within Israel.”

The Arab media watchdog translated and published the article announcing the new logo:

"Senior Fatah official in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Rabah, stressed that the movement this year will hold a big, central rally in the Gaza Strip on the day of the 48th anniversary of the beginning of the Palestinian revolution.

“Rabah explained to Ma'an that the event will be held considering the atmosphere of reconciliation and unity that has prevailed in the Palestinian arena in the last few….

“The organizing committee for the 48th anniversary of the Fatah movement approved this year's main anniversary logo... [The rally] will take place in Gaza to mark the 48th anniversary of the modern Palestinian revolution under the slogan 'the state and the victory.'"

The Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) reacted to the new logo by urging “President Barack Obama, the European Union and the United Nations to condemn this outrage which reiterates the clear fact that Abbas and the Fatah/PA have no interest in peace with Israel, only its destruction.”

ZOA National President Morton A. Klein said, "This new Fatah logo graphically depicts the ugly truth about this unreconstructed terrorist organization whose Constitution to this day calls for the destruction of Israel (Article 13) and the use of terrorism as an essential element in the struggle to achieve this aim (Article 19). …It belies the fiction that Mahmoud Abbas is a 'moderate' who seeks peace with Israel, and who wishes to end Palestinian terrorism against Israeli Jews. It also makes clear that the principles of Yasser Arafat are respected and promoted.

"The new Fatah logo is not an aberration. The Palestinian Authority continues to promote the incitement of hatred in Palestinian mosques, schools and media.

"The ZOA renews its call upon the Obama Administration to stop wasting hundreds of millions of dollars on the unreformed terrorist entity that is Fatah, to stop making excuses for Abbas, and to stop pressuring Israel to make dangerous concessions on the altar of appeasement.”

i do not suggest your intent. please do not suggest mine. if you want to know my intention for a post, just ask. i have never had a problem with being direct.

you, and others, perhaps should try to read with some kind of comprehension. were the israeli defense forces and security forces to open fire on palestinian demonstrators with automatic weapons and artillery fire and whatever, i would certainly have problems with the brutal nature of that, but i would not comment on the apartheid aspects of that enforcement provided that similar enforcement methods were used on jewish protesters involved in similar actions. this is not the case. jewish demonstrators are treated with kid gloves and the army frequently resorts to retreat when encountering stone throwing israeli jews.

when one group of people is treated differently than another group of people based upon their ethnicity or religion by authorities and forces of the government, that is a sign of an apartheid state.

the only positive aspect of your post is that you do refer to the palestinians as an occupied people, which has the attendant implication that the land they inhabit is an occupied territory and the israeli government and her policing bodies are occupying forces.

perhaps it would be wise to supplement your understanding of "law and order" with the concept of "equal protectin". it is a concept that is strived for and held in high regard by real democracies, but not by those peoples whomerely give lip service to democracy.

Equal Protection Of The Law definition

Seal, many people are concerned about your problem. Do you or do you not need more disposable diapers sent to you?

i don't need any. thanks anyway.

you may want to contact the VA and donate them to your local vet hospital. i visit troopies there, not as much as i used to because i am getting a little cripped up myself, old wound and all. a lot of them have siffered wounds that have left them incontinent or with urinary or intestinal problems. getting gut shot will do that to you sometimes.

anyway, maybe hoss can help you with that. my only suggestion is that you leave the little jokes out. i know you think people with bladder and intestinal problems are funny, but these men are vets and that probably doesn't mean a lot to you, being jewish and all, but they have served our country.

LOLOL...i sure coulda used those diapers some 40+ years ago when i was layin' on the ground with this mangled up thing that resembled my leg and with red smoke and then purple smoke swirlin' all around me. someone couldn't make up their mind. hell, i coulda used three of them, one to shite in, one to cry in, and one to bite on. where were you then...at spring training? LOL.
