ACA was passed on a lie there were 46 million uninsured.

ACA said by increasing the "risk pool" EVERYONE could afford health insurance.

That's the basic fantasy of ACA... increasing the risk pool!

The reality is 2,000 pages later, 15,000 pages of new rules and regulations depends on 18 million people now paying up.
Increasing the "risk pool".

All because idiots who had the gross misperception the USA should have a single payer health system and the evidence they used was 46 million uninsured!

In spite of the fact that
1) 18 million don't WANT or NEED health insurance!
Nearly 18 million of the uninsured lived in households with annual incomes above $50,000 -- over half of them (9.7 million) in households with incomes that exceed $75,000 annually. They don't want nor need health insurance as they pay less then $1,000 out of pocket per year!
CRISIS OF THE UNINSURED: 2009

2) 14 million don't know they are eligible for MEDICAID..
These 14 million that say they are uninsured DON"T KNOW they are covered by Medicaid!
http://coverageforall.org/pdf/BC-BS_Uninsured-America.pdf
All the Census was asked these 14 million if they had health insurance and the 14 million said NO..even though they were eligible and didn't know it! But they are counted as uninsured.
Wrong. Subtract from 28 million the 14 million covered by Medicaid leaves 14 million

3) NOT CITIZENS!
10 million counted in the "46 million" WERE NOT citizens!!!
Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2009 - Income & Wealth - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau
Subtract from 14 million the 10 million NOT citizens leaves 4 million!
NOW if you note Obama has NOT been counting them when he now says "33 million Americans want and need insurance"!

So the reality is there are less the 4 million AMERICANS that want and need health insurance!

GIVE IT TO THEM! A $5,000 premium per each of the 4 million would cost $20 billion a year! THAT's IT!

But we are seeing trillions of dollars being destroyed in the process by ACA for what?

"How do hospitals deal with the cost of the uninsured? Like any business, we pass it on to the paying customers.”
J. Douglas Yarbrough, MBA Author of this piece..

"A very large hidden cost in our system is the increasing volume of unnecessary diagnostic testing. Fear of being sued is the
number one reason why physicians order so many tests. The number of MRIs, CT scans, x-rays, etc. are growing each year,
simply because physicians are afraid not to order them. One lawsuit can destroy a physician’s livelihood. Most physicians
feel trapped in a system where sensible, conservative medicine can no longer be practiced.
Defensive medicine is costing us a fortune."[$850 billion a year!]

THERE IS A SOLUTION folks and it ISN'T THIS MASSIVE DESTRUCTION of our health care system BY ACA!

So with hospitals 'padding and passing" on to those that pay as Mr Yarbrough said:
"How do hospitals deal with the cost of the uninsured? Like any business, we pass it on to the paying customers.”
WHO PAYS????

Medicare, your insurance company and people that pay out of pocket!

So why not sell an "Uninsured Health Insurance" policy to the hospitals so they don't have to do as this hospital did in Tampa!

Florida Hospital Tampa 3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, FL 33613
In 2011 Hospital in Tampa sent Medicare 1,362 claims for CAT scan no contrast.
Each claim averaged $3,463, i.e. what the hospital billed Medicare...
The hospital's ACTUAL COSTS to perform the CAT SCAN was $57 a mark up 5,975.44%

Now NOT all hospitals markup by 6,000% BUT most markup easily 400% or more when billing Medicare!
And Medicare accepts that because of EMTALA!

The total cost of " National Uncompensated Care Based on cost in 2009 reported by 5,008 hospitals was $39.1 billion.
www.aha.org/content/00-10/10uncompensatedcare.pdf*

GREAT!
TAX all hospitals the equivalent of $20 billion a year that pays the premiums for the truly 4 million that visit their doors!
Each of these hospitals average about $ 8 million in uncompensated care.
SO tax them $4 million a piece or $20 billion provides the insurance for the uninsured!
This saves the hospitals about $4 million and MORE importantly everyone is insured!
AND NO more padding and passing on to those of us that PAY.. i.e Medicare/insurance companies and out of pocket!
