We all know whats being proposed in Calfornia. So every black person gets a real big check for something that happened in the Lincoln years? It looks like you don't even have to prove that your grandfather was a slave. What about all of those celebrities/politicians who decided to go "Black-Face"? do they get a check? What about black americans who's families originated in Europe? What if your parents are mixed, and neither one is a decendent of slaves. We can all agree that this proposal is nuts. It's also racist. Just black people? aren't there a lot of Italians out there who's ancestors were slaves? How do you guys feel about this?

Why should the poor and middle class pay for the damages committed by a limited number of families? Let the descendants of such abuses pay for them if it is warranted.
