The liberal bias is incontrovertible. Even news media and politics experts from both left and right do not challenge this notion.

Of course the Liberal Bias exists; liberals are better educated and much more intelligent than conservatives; Journalists are thoughtful and thought provoking, and ask hard questions; therefore liberals secure more jobs in the media than do conservatives.

What's the word for people who think their class or group is better than another, mentally, morally , or otherwise?

Journalists aren't exactly the sharpest students in college. Being an Astro-Physicist, or even an Engineer is a much higher calling. Journalism majors are just one step above Liberal Arts majors. The field usually gets the scrubs and the leftovers that couldn't get grades in the hard sciences. It's purely political. You literally have to fuck someone, go to the right schools, or be in the right political party to be successful as a journalist, similar to Hollywood, minus the pedophilia.

Maybe because she hasn't been doing/saying anything stupid lately. Her ongoing scandals (e-mails and Benghazi, I assume?) aren't exactly daily news, whereas Trump is always coming up with new ways to stick his foot in his mouth.

The on going attacks on HRC character aren't exactly news, they are the same tool (propaganda) used by those with nothing to offer on foreign policy or domestic policy of value to our country and our citizens, and echoed by fools every day on this forum and by partisan talking heads on TV and Radio.
