On the news this morning the Republican sheep are out in force attacking Hogan.

Do you Remember when Pubs called themselves the law and order party and told everyone to respect the outcomes of jury trials?

Those days are dead and gone.

That Democrats don't CARE that the charges were rigged in the first place, the Judge and Prosecutor shredded the Constitution during the course of the trial, and the jury may not have been unanimous on any of the 34 counts. And THAT demonstrates gross disrespect and disregard for the rule of law. There was enough judicial error in the process to have the case thrown out at least 34 times.

So don't give me any crap about Republicans not respecting the rule of law. That would only be people who call themselves Republican who say 'accept this verdict.' Real Republicans oppose bad law and dereliction of duty and malfeasance from public officials authorized to uphold it. If Democrats had any ethics or sense of justice, so would they.

No,, the point is, you don't ever accept something if it is not grounded in fairness and objectivity.

Civil Disobedience is a great term first deemed by the great Greek philosophers long before our time. It was the calling card for Americas progress and global dominance as the rest of the world remained socially stagnant.

You don't ever just "accept" if you believe something is unjust. You challenge and you confront. Be it racism, unfair rulings or crees from government that are not based on sound principles.

I believe in time you are going to find that more people disagree with this ruling and more important the premise behind this ruling than those who blindly nod their head and accept it.

This case should have been televised for all to see. That was indication number one for certain.

That one case where the white rednecks killed the blacks jogger was televised, but in this instance, where a former president running for re-election had an expired misdemeanor resurrected as a felony and the outcome could affect his chances, the trial is being being closed doors and the defendant gagged.
