Bush was also listening in on all our phone calls and internet activity.

Along with cuts to all monetary payments fo foreign nations, both friendly and foe, and shutting down bases around the world with the exceptions of carefully selected and strategic regions so that we can maintain forward deployments against our three main adversaries.
