Just remember how bush ran the war on terror when Republicans criticize Obama on the middle East. First bush (a Republican) got us into two wars after 9-11 happened on his watch.

Then, how are they going to say they would defeat Isis after bin ladin got away in the tora bora mountains. Then enemy number one goes on vacation and bush (a Republican) says he doesn't worry about him anymore???

But now Republicans talk tough about how they'd fix the war on terror. How come bush didn't do what you're gonna do?

Bill Clinton was bombing Europe when the 9-11 terrorists were attending flight school in his backyard. His idiot A.G. issued a warning to the FBI and the CIA not to share information. About 36% of congressional democrats voted for boots on the ground in Iraq and then they played a game of treason as they undermined the mission ever step of the way. Who bought the $10,000 full page ad in the NY Times calling the commander of US. Troops in combat "betray-us"? Did it make any sense? Why did the senate majority leader try to impact the morale of the Troops (and us) when he declared "the war is lost" just before the Troop Surge? What happened to Cindy Sheehan's anti-war radicals? U.S. Military was still fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan when Obama was elected but they faded away. Were they really just tools of the treasonous DNC?

Lots of good the FBI and CIA sharing would have done.

The FBI already had agents asking about and invetigating why men or ME decent were enrolling in flight schools.

Of course after 9/11, the FBI descended on those flight schools and found out where a few terrorists were trained and who trained them.

The FBI did nothing when it mattered and they could have.

What would the CIA have done?

10 wars. and 500,000 troops on the ground in Iraq/Syria/Yemen etc won't stop a splinter cell from attacking random targets in the US. PERIOD.

I think following the law is generally a good idea. If people want two federal police forces, then change the law.

Which I believe was done to allow more sharing after 9/11. Part of the PA?

DO you think that when a CIA director goes to the office of a Nationl Securiy advisor and tell said advisor about a terrorist plot being devised(Tenant/Rice)
should the security advisor tell the President and insist something be done?

Or shut up and do nothing. Which seems to be what was done prior to the attack on 9/11. Nothing.
