Obviously it's the DEI plan. Look at what Biden did ith appointing people representing LGBTQ .
Gays caught copulating in th Congressional auditorium, A cross dresser appointed to the Nuclear Agency caught stealing womans clothes from a dress designer.
It's no wonder that the priorities of FEMA lean toward LGBTQ instead of all Americans.
