Last year as an investigation into his conduct as head of the school cops began Lieutenant Phil Redford retired from the police department. This protected his pension for his many years of service preying on children for his sick sexual gratification.
In January Phil pled guilty as part of a plea bargain. For his crime of possession of child pornography Phil got probation, and restrictions on his activities. Those included no contact with the girl he took the video of, registering as a sex offender, registering the cell phone he uses, and since he is a convicted felon forfeiture of the right to own a firearm.
Phil broke every single one of those restrictions. Literally every one.
In an editorial the local paper in Ohio says this proves no one is above the law. When you stop laughing at that here is the link. Showing No One Is Above the Law | News, Sports, Jobs - The Intelligencer

Ok. Let's get started. How did Phil manage to get away with breaking every one of the requirements? Obviously he had a Probation Officer. One who checked literally none of the blocks. Anyone want to bet that the probation officer cut Phil some slack? I mean they are sort of from the same club right?
Contrary to the editorial, Phil has been above the law. I doubt that he will face the full force of Justice now. But he may be the current sacrificial lamb to fool the people into believing that cops hate corruption as much as you do. Or something.
