Romney harassed homosexual

Hyperbole much?

Do you think punishing someone that did what Mitten allegedly did would be wrong?

You got caught balls deep in the pooch, Rati. You just can't claim you weren't fucking the dog.

{The older sister of Mitt Romney’s former high school classmate said she has no knowledge of any bullying incident involving her brother and the GOP presidential candidate.

Christine Lauber of South Bend, Ind., had not seen the Washington Post’s story that described an incident when Mitt Romney bullied her brother, but said she was aware of the story. The incident centered around Romney allegedly holding the scissors to help cut the hair of John Lauber, who was presumed to be gay and who had long hair.}

Sister of Alleged Romney Target Has ‘No Knowledge’ of Any Bullying Incident - ABC News

Ah, the party of Goebbels, making up slander to libel opposition candidates who threaten their power...

Did you read the link you posted?

At no point does she say it didn't happen. In fact, she says if it did happen, her brother probably would not have told her about it

The first time I read this, and they described the guy as an Emo, I knew it was bullshit.

The demagogues really jumped the shark on this. I think the fake service records that Dan Rather forged on Bush, handed Bush the election. This may well hand Romney the election. The dialogue on the open slander and libel that is simply a standard part of the democrats press needs to be pressed.

The party of Goebbels must be called to account for the constant barrage of lies and smears by their propaganda apparatus of the Washington Post, NY Times, CBS, MSNBC, et al.
You're overlooking Romney's lame "apology" where he stated he didn't "remember" the incident and he didn't "remember" that the boy was gay.

He isn't fooling anyone and neither are you.

Yup, it's a good story......nevermind that it's a fake.

Juuuuuuuust like Dan Rather.

Did they check the typewriter model? ;)

Thank God we still live in America rather under a socialist regime where it would be a bullet to the back of the head by nightfall, right?

Do you think punishing someone that did what Mitten allegedly did would be wrong?

Just a bit. :D

Do I think punishing someone who did what Romney allegedly did would be wrong? Corrected: that depends on when you are doing the punishing.

Should he be punished?

If he did it 47 years ago? No, not now. Punishing him today for something that happened 47 years ago is over the top. Should have taken care of it back then.
If he did it today? Yes. He should be punished
If he were my son, I'd beat the living tar out of him, but thank goodness, my kid was (to the best of my knowledge) never a trouble maker.

If he did it in sixth or seventh grade, I think he should be punished, but I don't think a federal case should be made out of it.
A frigging senior in high school! Spoiled frigging rich kid needs to be taken out behind the barn and beat to... well, not to a pulp, but you get the idea.

I'm not yet convinced this happened or that it didn't happen.

Did I answer your question sufficiently?

Edit: I went back and read your question again. I'm not sure I answered the question you asked. Yes, I think it would be wrong to punish him today for something that he did 47 years ago. If it happened today, then no, it would not be wrong to punish him today.

Immie
lol, I don't think he should be punished for it 47 years later. He should have been punished for it when it happened. But, contrary to popular belief, it certainly reflects badly on his character. As does his "apology."

Rightwinger must be so disappointed...he though he HAD Romney!

Hmm...a sister who was away at college at the time had no knowledge that it had happened. And this is proof to wing nuts that it didn't happen?

Meanwhile five people who were there corroborate the story and Romney doesn't deny it

During Romney's apology, did you notice that he laughed about an event that he said he didn't even remember?

But she knew her brother and the man never uttered a WORD about it.

And the ones that 'corroberated' it weren't ther and didn't witness it...but heard about it...supposedly.

Hmmmmmmmm..........

No one that knew Lauber including his family noticed that he had short hair either.

I might have to debate you at a later date in regards to "contrary to popular belief". But before that, I suppose I should find out what the real world, as opposed to the USMB world, has to say about it.

Since I don't like Romney anyway, and have no intention of voting for him or Obama, I really don't care one way or the other.

And you notice that he graciously stated that if he was offensive? He apologized none the less.

Romney shows some real class.

It's hard to remember something that didn't happen...

It is also hard to forget something that did happen.

Therefore, he is either lying his ass off or it didn't happen.

Based on the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" he should be given the benefit of the doubt. But sometimes that is doggone hard to do.

That won't save you. Romney said he knew nothing of this, but if he caused anyone distress, he apologized.

The party of Goebbels got caught, yet again.

He isn't fooling anyone and neither are you.

The demagogue party isn't fooling anyone.

Yep. How does the line go?

Did you read the other 8 or 10 links I've posted today. I'm burying you in data.

You got caught. I strongly urge you demagogues to push this for all it's worth, make sure the public is focused on the fact that the party press fabricates tales to smear and libel opposition candidates. Reveal the corruption that defines your shameful party. It's high time for a national dialogue on the the propaganda that the demagogue party pimps as if it were news. It's time to examine the utter corruption of the press, which are nothing but whores of the party.

Let's push the examination of the fact that Soviets in 1960 had access to more accurate and reliable news than Americans do in 2012 under Obama. let's highlight the way media smears anyone challenging the power of the democratic party.
