Yep, and th eminute he ascended the throne all the indicators went South. Furthermore, FDR supported all the policies that Hoover had implemented for those 2 1/2 years. He didn't change a single one. He just doubled down on them. FDR didn't repeal the Smoot Hawley tariffs. He didn't repeal any tax increases or any of the labor regulations.
