Looks like someone had some training...

Tannerit is a pressure sensitive explosive compound, which explodes on contact pressures. Its used on target practice ammunition to create an explosion when a round hits the target showing a puff of white smoke. IT can also be used in a step-trigger mechanism to detonate a bomb.
