The "broker" who brought the e-mails to Assange may have been a non-state actor; did you expect Putin to deliver it himself? The intelligence services aren't that dumb--they know who did the hacking. They also claim Putin approved it, according to CBS this a.m. I'd believe them before Assange.

There is no agreement between the NSA, FBI, and CIA on the wiki hacking. It could have been a "false flag".
