Today, July 20, on the border of Krasnodon Ukrainian planes were seen
going out on sorties. they carried out an airstrike near Sukhodolsk.

According to the locals - battle planes destroyed some tractors and set a field ablaze.
An SU-25 was seen deploying flares between Molodohvardiis'k and Sukhodolsk.

Later that day they saw an AN-26, which came under fire between the two cities. 14 parachutes could be seen. Anti-aircraft guns and light arms fire was heard, aimed at the jumpers.

There is information that the AN-26 was damaged, but whether he was shot down - is unknown.

Local residents reported about downed Su-25 in Barakov area near of Krasnodon.

So why was the Malaysian passenger plane derailed NORTH of it's original course and by WHOM?
