Its racist. I'm black and grew up poor. What you said is pure racist bullshit. You aren't exlaining anything. Because you don't know. You havenot lived in any inner city.I have. And I have seen how structural racism affects such communities. Racism is the problem births don't have a damn thing to do with anything.
Denial isn’t going to solve the problems in the black underclass.

That’s it exactly. If one does not support admitting the black kid of a dentist with a B average instead of the white kid with poor parents and an A average, that person is racist.

In reality, the racist is the one who thinks it’s acceptable to make race-based decisions, as long as it goes against whites.
All the evidence shows that race based decisions don't go against whites. Here is where your stupidity leads to a disingenuous argument.

Let's take a look back at the 14th Amendment and exactly WHY it was created. The equal protection clause in the Fourteenth Amendment was made after slavery to protect blacks from discrimination. When the 14th Amendment passed, “quotas” were 100 percent white. Yet today, we see whites complaining about anti white racism when a university is majority white or they are applying for jobs or working for promotions where the employees or upper management is predominatly white.

We see the stories being told here. A person is passed over on a job where the majority of employees or employees in high positions are whites, then they complain about anti white racism. Again, when the 14th Amendment was passed, everything was 100 percent white. There were no jobs that 80 percent of the employees were black and a black person got passed over for someone white.

In NO situation can a black person complain about discrimination when an employer or University is majority black. Not one prospective black student at a HBCU can file a discrimination claim based on the 14th Amendment because a white student was admitted while that black student was not. 20 percent of all HBCU students are white, and not once have we seen SFA, America First, or any similar "organization" take a case from a black student denied entry at an HBCU or a black owned businsess because they admitted or hired somebody white. There is no such thing as anti white racism, that's another race hustle by the rIght.

An employer is not discrminating against whites when he or she decides to hire a black person instead of someone white in a company where the employees are 60 -70 percent white. A employer is not dscrimoinating against whites when they decide to promote a black person into a managaement position over someone white when 70-80 percent of the managers are white. It's time this racist bullshit got shut down stop whining about something that is not happening Edith.
