West overstepped policy by shooting over the head of a terrorist suspect during interrogation,
which ended up saving the lives of his men given the information surrendered.

West was punished for a breach that saved lives of servicemen,

and what is being contest is why the FBI/James Comey
didn't go ahead and charge Clinton with negligence that was already a breach.

This was already established.
Yet the narrative was pushed that CRIMINAL INTENT was necessary
to prove. Only in the case of criminal charges,
but not in the case of negligence.

That was enough to charge and punish Clinton
and yet this wasn't done. So this shows political
favoritism, and that's what the contested process is about.

He took pictures in the engine room that were deemed "CONFIDENTIAL", which means that they just don't want you to have them. There are no secrets there.

If I showed you a picture of a nuclear submarine's engine room and a conventional steam surface ship's engine room, you would not be able to tell much difference other than the physical size.

The equipment is the same. Outside the reactor compartment, they are made of exactly the same equipment: steam turbines, generators, and pumps.
