There is the save to share feature which is an additional few hundred per year which will cover you for the cost of the procedure. Samaritan negotiates costs, so they re never paying the ridiculously high costs listed. I asked them a few years ago what the highest they’ve had to pay out, and it seems like it was a million or so.
