Seattle cop killed partially deaf man over closed knife, attorney insists | Raw Story

If you watch the video, the man is passively walking down the street with the knife, was given a warning by the cop to put down the knife and, seconds later, rapidly shoots the suspect four times. I don't believe for a second he lunged at the officer off camera with the knife nor that the knife was even open.

This is murder.

The review board found the shooting was not justified. Presumably, the DA will review and consider taking it to a grand jury.
