Well then idiot, if he thinks that means the same thing, hence, that is why I made the point. You are a liar. The second amendment says no such thing; The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." There is nothing in the second amendment that says "Congress shall make no law" . You are a liar.Feinstein is right, and there exists nothing literal in the Constitution that rejects "sensible gun laws". If there is hot shot, show us?
"Congress shalll make NO LAW...." and "shall not be infringed" are clearly unambiguous in their restraint on the Government.
He never said the 2nd amendment said "congress shall pass no law". He said that they are unambiguous in their restraint on the gov't. That means in his opinion they mean the same thing.
Learn to read.
There is nothing unambiguous about "Congress shall make no law", unless you use your convenient imagination to do so.
And by the way, once again, for those who have selective reading skills, there is nothing written that "Congress shall make no law" in the second amendment. So, whatever he thinks it means, is irrelevant. Because it isn't written or interpreted in the second amendment anyway. The guy made up the phrase, and folks like you run with it.
It can't be part of any argument, because it isn't there. Get it?
