Sen. Ted Cruz, others announce bill to fund $25 billion border wall

From what I hear the troops especially the Marines are repairing and reinforcing...miles of fencing....the drug cartels are not happy that the troops are there....
Tie a Yellow Ribbon

I hope Uncle Sam's Misguided Children don't desert us there, as they did in Iran when they surrendered to a teenage mob led by Ahmadinejad.
You hope they do...be honest...

They need 60 votes for funding. Not going to happen.

Govt shutdown or start going postal with ICE raids to force action.

Lets just do it with 51 Senate votes during reconciliation over the Christmas holiday - like Obamacare

Isn't that the expectation?

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz with three other senators introduced a bill Wednesday that is aimed at fully funding a wall along the US-Mexico border... The WALL Act would fully fund the border wall by closing existing loopholes that provide illegal immigrants with federal benefits and tax credits, without affecting the benefits and tax credits used by Americans.

Ted Cruz played you idiots again......do yall ever learn?

Lyin’ Ted trying to flush $25 billion down the toilet

Just think about money not flushed on illegals, and give him $50 billion for the wall.
our welfare clause is general not common; we have a commerce clause.

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization

Only lousy capitalists lose money with recourse to those powers.

LOLOL

That you claim you did when you didn’t shows you’re a liar.

That you think you did when you didn’t shows you’re deranged.

But Fort Fun Indiana did post it... H.R. 3590

H.R. = House of Representatives

Now you know. Will you learn? No, of course not; you’re ineducable. But now you know.

It was an add on in the senate. Only a tramp like you wants to believe Obama care originated in the house.
”It was an add on in the senate.”

So? It still originated in the House as Constitutionally required, despite your moronic repeated claims that it started in the Senate. Which is why I kept challenging you to post the bill number; which is why you didn’t; which is you lied and said you did.

It didn't orginate in the house it came from the senate..

That's why it had to go to the supreme Court..

It went to the Supreme Court due to a challenge on the penalty for not carrying health insurance, which the Supreme Court agreed it is a tax and therefore Constitutional.

The origin of the bill had nothing to do with why it was taken to the Supreme Court. Had that actually have been the case and had it actually originated in the Senate, the Supreme Court would have reversed ObamaCare.

And yes, despite your rigid ignorance, the bill started in the House. If you had a brain, you’d understand that bill’s starting with ”H.R.” are so designed because they originate in the House.

Such as, H.R. 3590.

Had that bill actually originated in the Senate, as you idiotically insist, then it would have started with ”S.”

You're both partially right. Or wrong.

Bill HR3590 did originated in the House.

However, the penalty for not having insurance (for the purpose of raising revenue) was originated in the Senate. Since all revenue raising must originate in the House, the bill is technically unconstitutional.

You have any idea how rightarded you look right now?? The Supreme Court reviewed this and ruled the bill is constitutional.

It doesn’t matter what gets taken out or added. All that matters is that, All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives

The Senate took a House Bill and made it about ACA. It’s still a House Bill even though it doesn’t resemble the original bill.

Closing loopholes to pay for the wall

Might as well have Mexico pay for it

Just need to start raiding more businesses employing illegals..........Increase the burn on the left.......would be great to see that.......

See their voter base being shipped out...........LOL.......Hope he does it.......starting in Sanctuary States..........

Donald Trump was elected President largely due to his promise to "Build a Wall." While not every voter who voted for him was swayed by that particular "promise," there is no doubt that without his promise to "build a Wall" and to take our own existing immigration laws seriously, he would not have been elected.

So why do Democrats resist this mandate? Do they not know, as Barry Soetoro often reminded us, that ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES?

This is one of the clearest mandates in recent electoral history. Build the fucking Wall!

Trump was elected because he was the least worst candidate. Immigration was not a major issue in the election. Voters opposed the wall. If immigration was a major issue. Trump would have lost. The fact that Republicans lost the House shows voters are opposed to a wall.
