Still bipartisan and not a simple majority vote.

Democrats created the judicial filibuster under W and ended it under O. They created the administration nomination filibuster under W and ended it under O. They changed the rules to ram Obamacare through despite Scott Brown being added to the senate ending the filibuster proof majority. It means the "Because we can" rule is firmly ensconced as a senate precedent, so don't be surprised when the next Democratically run Senate puts it to use.
Just cut the shit that you're the innocent party that keeps having rules changed on you

The judicial filibuster was ended by compromise during Bushes Term. It never really ended for some of his nominees. The GOP up the anti during Obama and have chosen the nuclear option of their own. It's always been and will always be about raw political power.

They always manage to find a new stupid.Same tactic Republicans used in the Trump impeachment
They don’t want any discussion, they just want to ram through a vote
The Democrats came to the hearings and thoroughly embarrassed themselves. How did they do that if there was no discussion?

You're full of shit. It ended in 2013 when Obama became President. You're just making shit up again. Democrats are liars

Another lie. Republicans ended the filibuster for SCOTUS picks under Trump

My point was the crying that boo hoo Republicans are mean and Democrats are innocent. You've clearly done way more f'ing around with the filibuster
Democrats:
- Invented the judicial filibuster under W
- Invented the SCOTUS filibuster under W
- Filibustered SCOTUS picks Alito, Rehnquist (for chief) Gorsuch
- Invented the judicial filibuster under W
- Ended the judicial filibuster under W
- Ended the judicial filibuster under W
Republicans
- Ended the Scotus filibuster under O
It's not even close, whiney bastards

Ouch. Even Bill wouldn't hit that?

You have no recent US History credibility. Democrats block Bush and McConnell threatens nuclear option. Dems negotiate a compromise. Republicans block Obama, Reid threatens nuclear option, McConnell says go for it. Reid takes nuclear option on federal appeals courts nominees. McConnell takes power and blocks O's SC Nomination and takes nuclear option on SC nominees.
They're jamming her through because they can.
When the Dems take power they will do some jamming of their own, I bet. Unless they win a super majority again.

Empty threat.
Could be, but it would be a very helpful rule to use to increase the size of the supreme court.
Actually, that would be called "cheating." It would be like you're losing a checkers game, so you want to add more black checkers on the board.
Not cheating. Completely Constitutional.
Constitutional only if the Democrats gain full control of the presidency, the House, and the Senate.
Doesn't appear that that's going to happen for a long time.

There was no filibuster for judicial nominations or for administration nominations before Democrats did it to W. And McConnell did NOT end it. Democrats ended them both under Obama when their creation worked against them.
You really are stupid, even Democrats publicly admit that was a mistake. You need to do more research than on MS-NBC and Democrat Underground. They are melting your brain.
And there have been three attempts at a SCOTUS filibuster in history. Renquist (for chief), Alito and Gorsuch. That's it. None of those were filibustered by Republicans, dumb ass.
Democrats are the party that routinely changed rules to your advantage. All I said is so stop whining, girl friend
No potential Judge EVER discloses how they might rule on Hypothetical cases EVER.she refused to answer any questions about her policy positions, yet she wants the Senators to vote for her?
that's like before getting married, asking your would be wife if she likes to go to a Bon Jovi concert, and she says: "well, i'll tell you after we get married"

McConnell is the one who changed the rules to allow a SC nominee to pass with a simple 50% + 1 majority vote on the floor. That is the only way they have the political power to ram her through. There is only one more hurtle or nuclear option left to the Senate and it will be just like the House where simple majority wins every time.
except when they secretly tell Trump they will destroy Roe and ObamacareNo potential Judge EVER discloses how they might rule on Hypothetical cases EVER.she refused to answer any questions about her policy positions, yet she wants the Senators to vote for her?
