There were some management and rule changes to accommodate COVID conditions...that Secretary of States put in.... Booth separation, sanitizing, fewer voting places and consolidation in to mega huge voting places, and many things for safety....but Secretary of States are given in their State constitutions and in election law by legislatures to put out rules and guidance for voters and on how to execute the election, so they run smoothly, or to ensure accuracy, or to accommodate that one man one vote is equal and fair kind of things that circumstances in their state required at the time.

Many times the republican legislature with the Trump campaign sued the Secretary of States, to stop some of the guidance they gave.... These are cases that are said to be the 60 or so that Trump lost, even on appeal, that are mentioned a lot... Only one that I know of, made it to the Supreme court after the election, that I mentioned in my previous post....which disagree with a lower court ruling.

There were no way near enough ballots with no signatures to make a difference on the election results in Georgia or Pennsylvania.... Plus the rules applied to both sides, so Trump voters would be included if they did not sign their ballot envelope.....

Pennsylvania court changed the time because it was shown in court that the US MAIL was running much slower than normal, because of measures put in place by Trump's Post Master General he got put in place because he was a big mega Trump donor, who changed procedures to slow the mail return of absentee ballots in big cities. He removed mail boxes, removed hundreds of fast mail processors, and cut delivery mail man hours among other things at Trump's request....in all the democratic leaning big cities in the swing states....

and more time, a few extra days was needed....considering millions more of absentee ballots were expected and the post office was already running days behind on delivery times of the mail.

Citizens should not be deprived of their constitutional right to vote, because of a crookedly planned slow down of mail by a Trump supporter appointee or by candidate Trump....giving an extra 3 days to get the ballots post marked by election day to the vote counting place seems fair by the judge who did it....

BUT that matters naught, the ballots were separated and held aside, and I believe they were never counted in the vote counts..... and even if they were put in the count, there were not enough late returned ballots that could change the results of the election from a Biden win by 80,000 or so, in Pennsylvania.

No it does not. It shows ballots that were previously received were being scanned into the system after they were opened. The Trump DOJ found no evidence of fraud. If this was fraud then they would have opened a investigation.

Plus each precinct tallies how many absentee ballots were requested, and how many of those ballots requested, were returned.

There can't be fake ballots dropped off and counted at the county vote counting place and ads d in to the count for a precinct batch because there would be an overage of ballots in the count vs what they received in the batch.....
