The company is NewLink. The vaccine, or drug, depending on how it is defined, is called algenpantucel-L. A clinical trial of the drug recently failed to produce benefits in cancer patients, and the stock price of the company took a major dive.
A shareholder in NewLink, Rickey Ely, decided to sue.
His reasons are interesting, to say the least.

Ever few commercials say take tis pill take that pill, then comes the commercials that say have you taken this pill or that pill now there is a class action law suite.............when are ppl going to get it these drugs PASSED as safe by yyour ever loving GOV. FDA doesn't give you safe anything. They always come out as failures and peoples lives are used to test this bs and people die too little too late at that point.
Yet people still can't connect how many of these medical doctors are paid kick backs to use the gawd dam drugs when will you wake the hell up and realize all of this and connect the dots.
