He'd know because nobody would be talking about tweets and everyone would remark on how he hadn't tweeted in days, or hours given that it's Trump. So ghost-banning Trump would be of little to no value. Indeed, he'd probably just issue his vitriol via Facebook or some other social media platform once he figured out how to do so.
