Shulman, a frequent White House guest during the period when the IRS was targeting conservative nonprofits, is married to the senior program advisor for Public Campaign, an “organization dedicated to sweeping campaign reform that aims to dramatically reduce the role of big special interest money in American politics.”

That's like stepping on ants. In the few seconds spent crushing 50 or 100 of them 1000's of them are hatched.

Cutting off the money supply is the only solution but again, thankfully the American people will never think of that.
