Since when, in the over 200 years this country has existed, has a person's rights been based upon what other people think they "need"?
If we were to go down that path, how many newspapers does a person "need" to read?
How many speeches does a person "need" to give?
How many abortions does a woman "need" to have?
How many times does a person "need" to vote?
How far does a person "need" to travel?

We don't determine "need" when it comes to a person's rights. Either they have the right or they don't.
Yeah.. I know.. But once again I have just heard some gun grabber claiming that we didn't "need" certain guns or certain magazines, or even certain ammo.
