I used to smoke pot regularly from the mid 70's to the early 90's. I finally quit because I felt it was taking up too much of my life. I haven't touched it for 25 years. Now it's legal in my state, but I have COPD, probably from my previous smoking. If I ever partake again, it would have to be an edible. If you smoke anything, it may have consequences for you later in life. I started smoking when I was in high school. I enjoyed getting high and then going out surfing or tossing frisbee. It would just brighten up my day. Years later, it was more of a social thing, passing the pipe among friends. By the end, it would just dull the pain and monotony of existence and help me sleep. I felt it was time to move on from getting high.Have you ever?
Do you regularly?
What are the pros/cons?
If you don't like it, why? If you DO like it why?
If you do, do you worry about your lung damage as a tobacco smoker would?
Pros - Like it a lot better than drinking. No hangover, no getting sick.
Cons - Still illegal federally, and in many states. Many jobs test for drugs. Still a social stigma in some circles.
