If this treatment doesn't take place in the ER, if the patient is admitted to the hospital, then I'm pretty sure the issues with ER payment don't apply.
I've got a number of friends/family that work in hospitals, and specifically in emergency rooms. From all I've gathered, yes, non-payment of emergency room bills is common. Using the emergency room when a doctor's visit would be appropriate is common.
All mexicans do it - legal and illegal. They cheat the white man every chance they get.
Why is that all racists are so damn stupid?
FACT is that Ronnie Ray-Gun signed EMTALA into law.
Its true that Reagan's law makes it possible for illegals to get free care LEGALLY. Its also true that ObamaCare does not allow for the treatment of illegals. Nor does it allow illegals to buy health care insurance at the lower rate. Only legal citizens, including Mexican-Americans, are eligible to buy health care insurance at the loser rate under ObamaCare.
And, you dumb shit, its whites who are cheating Mexican-Americans. Not the other way around.
