The scientists you mention are those getting paid by the government. When you know the person signing your paycheck is looking for certain results, that's what you're going to work to produce.
There are people that believe in ghosts, and if you watch any shows on it, they can come up with some compelling evidence that ghosts exist, but that doesn't mean they do. Same with people that believe in UFO's. Again, come up with a lot of unexplained shit, but that doesn't mean there are actually little green men from another planet visiting us. If they could only get total control over those two things, they will then have total control over all of us.

Our founders never wanted people dependent on the government. The more government, the less freedom. The only thing they wanted from our federal government was to govern, not provide the people with everything from their first diaper to their last meal in their sick bed. The US Constitution never mentioned abortion nor was there ever a discussion about it among our founders of this country. Abortion has no constitutional protections, and all we asked was for that ruling by the Supreme Court. That's not controlling women's bodies. It's giving state legislatures the ability to create law on abortion by the will of the people.
You people talk about science and then want to teach our children that gender is an option; that a man can become a woman by putting on a dress. What we want and fight for is parents to decide what is taught to their children in school and not leftist government. Keep sex in your home and away from our kids. That is what we are for.
Yes we wanted to keep marriage the way it's been since the founding of this country. It's called tradition and decency, something you leftists are against. Most of the world is against abortions and it's not controlling anybody's body. Pregnancy is not an infliction. You really have to go out of your way to get pregnant. And months after the decision, women can still get an abortion anytime they want; if not in their state, another state. All turning over Roe did was rightfully not have it protected using the Constitution.
Again, gays could get married anytime they wanted, it's just before the Supreme Court rulings, states had the right to not recognize it.

Why should anyone be forced to leave their state to have an immediate and necessary medical procedure? Imagine the government deciding that if men want a medical procedure done they need to leave their home state and just look around, even if it needs to be done right now. You are hilarious! Marriage equality is one supreme court decision away from disappearing, and no way would that be even remotely as controversial as overturning Roe vs. Wade. You are so in love with big government you'd accept them making decisions about who you can and can't marry. Why should anybody be forced to leave their state to kill a baby? Because that's the law that was created by the state legislatures that the people of that state voted for. Big government is supporting the federal government orchestrating our lives. Small government is leaving legislation up to local officials we elect. It's just like recreational narcotics. A state can make pot legal and there is no big federal government to stop them because like abortion, it's not protected by the Constitution. Now if you want to walk down the street smoking a joint, you don't do that in my state. You go to Colorado to do it if that's what you want so much.
Same with gay marriage. Prior to the awful ruling by the courts, gay marriage was determined my local officials. Now states don't have that control any longer, and people like you that love big government are thrilled to death states or the people in it no longer have that right.

Just a few months ago, republicans in the house voted against a bill that would keep contraceptives legal for women to obtain and use. Government is not government, that's why we have different kinds. We have local governments to run our town or city, county governments to take care our county issues, state governments to run the state, and finally the federal government that runs everything from a federal level. The smaller governments are much easier to control, and if the people of a state want restrictions on abortion, that's their choice.
Please provide the links where Republicans voted against keeping birth control legal. What states have laws where you can be refused birth control. And while you're at it, show me where this "right" is written to medical services outside of the ER that must take care of you, a law created by Republican Ronald Reagan.

As I stated, government didn't prevent or try to stop gay marriages. If you found a religion willing to marry you, go for it. It's just that states didn't recognize gay marriages and that's what it went to court for, to force states to recognize it.
