Or....Judge Matt from Texas was so comically and ineptly incompetent that he granted standing to folks who had no skin the game. They'd never taken the drug, they'd never been harmed by the drug, they'd never prescribed the drug, they'd never been required to prescribe the drug.

They claimed standing so that they could restrict OTHER people's access to the drug. That's not how standing works.

That's why it was 9-0 bitchslap of Judge Matt.....because he made a blunder that any 1st year law students would have known to avoid.
