Want to ban 'assault weapons'? I have a challenge for you.

I'm a reasonable guy, willing to be swayed by a sound argument.

Below is, the relatively new Ruger Precision Rifle.
It will accept 5- 10- and 20- rd magazines ('clips' for those of you in Rio Linda) and is chambered in .243., .308 and 6.5 Creedmore.

What's that thing on the far left? Looks like the table clamp on my old meat grinder.
How many rounds will it fire (realistically) in 60 seconds? If "bolt action" means you need to pump it or something to make the next shot, I'd reluctantly say it's more acceptable than the ones that will shoot 15-20 people in a minute. Or more.
