What in the hell has this got to do with socialism? The article simply states that their are certain military carreers, wich need some highly specialised skillsets. Those skillsets are available in some civilians and the military want to be able recruit those civilians.

The difference between fascism and socialism is very little. We have a soft fascism with a large dose of socialism, in the USA now. The collusion between big gov and big bus is a racket akin to the Mafia. When big bus fails as the banks did in 2008, socialism kicks in to save them, but the regular folks...well they get fucked.
