Pass a law that puts limits on the number of injunctions they can issue in any given term. When you run out...your done.

Better to put a limit on Excecutive Orders that one derp can sign. Say ten. When you run out your done.

I love that the courts are acting as just what they are supposed to be, a firewall against one party running roughshod over the entire government. Pretty smart those founders eh, they saw this shit coming way back then.

Better than that is giving the GOP congress the necessary numbers to impeach and remove judges that don't follow the law.

I suspect that folks whining about Judges, care less about the law/the Constitution, it's more about how the Constitution thwarts their ideology and how the judges enforce the Constitution.

Nope. You cannot hold up the Presidential oath that requires him to protect and defend the United States.

They can do that with a simple majority under their judicial authority they can close any federal court, and open any court. They have the power to stop any judge they want to by closing the entire court with a simple majority. I think the Ninth should have been closed years ago as they are 1 for 10 in most years. That is like a bad minor league baseball team how long would anyone on that team last? HAHA what a joke they are.

I think they should just move the 9th to Delta Junction, AK. You'd be surprised how many vacancies would suddenly appear.
