As long as a court can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that you knew the guy you were selling a gun to is a felon, then you're good to go. In almost all states, background checks are not required for private sales.
Twit.....if you are selling guns in this quantity and get snitched out...which you will since felons get caught all the time.....they will do an undercover sting on you.....and then it deosn't matter what you say....moron.
Court documents show authorities made no deals with the informant for cooperating with the investigation, but did note he was told any cooperation provided during the investigation would be taken into consideration for any future prosecutions the informant may face.
