Agent Horiuchi was indicted by a local grand jury for manslaughter in the sniper death of Mrs. Weaver (shot in the face while she held an 18 month infant in her arms) and the indictment was quashed by the feds on a technicality. The entire ATF/FBI road show went on to bigger and better atrocities in Texas.
