Wrong on every count. Great record there nancyNope. The bombs didn't make that much of a difference. We were already doing far more damage with conventional bombings.
The game-changer was that the USSR was rolling up Manchuria in a week with a hundred battle-hardened divisions. Japan didn't want to be partitioned like Germany was, and their women subjected to gang rape.
