I disagree with this study. I think she has been VERY effective. It wasn't that long ago, the Dems had JFK, a tax cut Conservative Dem, that believed that the welfare state wasn't the solution, and letting people keep more of their hard earn money....heck, even Clinton recognized the welfare state wasn't the solution, and reformed it, he also recognized the flaw in the Dem high tax policies, and cut taxes after his party raised them
