That's the part that isn't really making any sense.
If this guy is a psycho...he doesn't have a trail of bodies or interactions with others that frame a pattern of behavior. It's like they picked him because they could and not so much because of anything else.

The area where these two colleges are at is extremely rural and everyone knows everyone...except the students come and go on a regular basis. The whole cell tower thing showing supposedly his stalking is crap. There simply are not that many cell towers in the area. Where it sounds good...the reality is very different. The two neighboring states borders are just a couple miles away.
Even Canada is less than an hour away.

Hunting, skiing, fishing, climbing and hiking are the big things in that area outside of classes. Locking your doors at night is not the norm. Nobody does that there.

Well lets see if his defense holds up in court. That's where the rubber will meet the road. Hope he's the guy though, because if not the case is going cold.

Kohberger has been arrested for the murders of four University of Idaho students in mid-November, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

Unlike the state of Washington, the death penalty is considered the maximum penalty in Idaho when it comes to defendants who either plead guilty or are found guilty of first-degree murder.

Yeah, it's funny how all the technology is being presented in a most innocent harmless way, but the next thing we find out is how it is easily being weaponized also. Not saying that it's a bad thing that they might have gained a warrant to search the record's at the site due to a criminal investigation, otherwise that's cool if the net result's are to subdue a killer in the process.

Where the trouble arises, is when we get bad actor's with access to technology in which is giving them to much control in the weaponizing of the technology for nefarious reason's, is when it all goes bad.

I've actually been a secondary witness to the weaponizing of technology that was so blatant it wasn't even funny.

It has to stop, and rules put in place to protect the innocent. It's that important.
