I love these videos. Of course you need a flat roof but 35 tonnes of veg is a huge amount.
 
I do hope he knew to take into serious consideration the acceptable loading on that roof. I know from my work in construction, that this can be a serious issue. We had to take it into account with the solar power systems that I helped build on rooftops, and on a recent project, we ended up having to cut and dig a large trench network through a slab that had already been poured, because it wasn't determined until after that slab was in place that the conduits and wires that we had intended to hang from the ceiling would exceed the safe limits on that roof structure; so we had to put them in the ground instead.
