Listen, U.S healthcare can never be publicly sponsored in such a broad way when costs are as high as they are, it's really that simple. Even when costs are lower, it's a difficult task, as we are seeing in Canada and in Europe.

Socialised healthcare ensures you are at the mercy of the state. The more power you give to a centralized power, the less independence you will have. I fear Americans don't appreciate the full breadth of what is going on as the world tries and bring America under "control".

Look for multi tier systems, increase competition and lower costs. It's a better method forward.
