Ted Cruz: "if Brooklyn won't let Kyrie play, I'm gonna make a pitch to you directly: Kyrie come to Houston play for the rockets. We will let you play"

Is he getting what he wants? To play basketball, and not be vaccinated? He just had to stand by his principles for a short period of time. He won. Just because you think it's the right/smart thing to do, doesn't mean it's the right/smart thing for everyone. That's the problem with your side of the argument. You refuse to see that people might have a differing opinion than you.
Kind of bit off his nose to spite his face

Just because he believes anti-COVID propaganda he had to sit out half his games

Hurt his team because of his misinformed stubbornness

See you're projecting YOUR opinion into this. And make no mistake it is an opinion because "The Science" is shaky at best on this stuff. It also supports his opinion that a person in his physical/health condition and age has a next to zero percent chance of having any serious repercussions even if he were to get COVID.

The Science shows over 200 million people safely vaccinated

Kyrie blew his season because he believes myths

What's the risk for an under 40, male in great health and physical condition from COVID? Pretty sure its zero. The same can not be said for the same guy regarding this or any vaccine/medication. So why would that individual get vaccinated against something that poses zero threat to him while the vaccine (while minute) does?

Maybe because you and your employer are concerned with not spreading it to others

Those people who are at risk should probably get vaccinated then they have nothing to fear because the vaccines are so effective right?

Oh and Kyrie isnt employed by the city of New York.

Not getting vaccinated makes no scientific sense
"By putting our home teams on [an] equal playing field, we increase their chances of winning and that has a real impact on our city," he said.

Thats the reason the mayor gave today for lifing the vaccine requirement for athletes and performers. SCIENCE!!!!!
