The Randy Report: Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott uses failed "procreation" tactic in 5th Circuit Court appeal
------------------------------------------------------
It's truly outrageous how this Republican candidate for Texas governor likes to spend the hard-earned money of Texans on this frivolous appeal and using arguments that have been shot down in most all of the courts at that. It will cost way too much money that could undoubtedly go to better uses in his state. Guess the Conservative Spending Habit rubbed off on him from Gov. Perry spending millions on guarding the Southern border something not all Texans by far are in agreement with. And yet Conservatives have the gall to scream the loudest of the 'tax and spend Liberals' but when they do it, especially on crap like this, it's o.k. it's alright! Hypocrisy at it's best at work here, folks! Hasn't he heard that all courts including Courts of Appeal are striking down same-sex marriage bans all over the U.S. therefore, he should save that money for better purposes? Makes one wonder doesn't it.
