Eminent domain isn't constitutional.

The 5th Amendment doesn't say the government can buy the rights to your land, just because there's a need or a want for it. That clause has to do with the same thing the rest of the amendment deals with. The governments authority over suspected criminals. Not everyday decent folks who just happen to live on the border.
