Texas Governor Signs Toughest Sanctuary City Law in U.S.A.

Some snowflake liberal activist judge will block it again to slow down his progress. The SC is gonna be busy pretty soon with all these obstructionist judges clogging up the courts with their rulings they know are going to be overturned. Pathetic bastards.

Whether liberal or conservative judge the objection will be based on a majority opinion written by Antonin Scalia.

That would be a real trick.

Not really, he wrote that majority opinion back in 1997 concerning prohibiting the federal government from commandeering the cooperation of state governments in enforcing federal law. I could see the where a challenge could be issued based on that ruling and whether the state can commandeer local jurisdiction to enforce a federal law? It ought to be interesting.

That wouldn't apply here, local law enforcement agencies are already charged with enforcing State laws.

I hope the libs take this to court and waste more of their resources fighting a doomed effort.

Meanwhile they also demonstrate to the American people that they could not give a shit what happens to American workers if anything benefits their party, and that they oppose the enforcement of laws on the books no matter how much it places our nation at risk for terrorism.

well, ball-less513, you need to read and study on these matters. The EOs are indeed orders on judicial hold. The Texas law will be law on court hold. Does that bother you?

We need a break!
