Text of Ford Opening Statement

You'd lose. And Kavanaugh won't.
Ford said the polygraph was done in Maryland because of her grandmother’s funeral and she was asked if it was done on the same day as her grandmother’s funeral. Ford did not know the answer to that question.

Mitchell also asked if she paid for the polygraph, which would normally be quite expensive, and again, Ford said she doesn’t know.

If Ford doesn’t have a clear memory of big events that happened to her LAST MONTH, how can anyone be sure her memory of what happened 36 years ago is correct?

She can’t remember where this house was, who’s house it was, how she got there or how she left. But she knows she only had one beer.

It is very obvious what happen.

The Democrats knew they couldn't smear Gorsuch because there was plenty of time to appoint another person.

The asshole Democrats figured out that if they could stall the Kavanaugh nomination then there is at least possibility that the filthy Democrats would take the Senate and prevent any Trump nomination for the next two years or more.

They looked around to find a Libtard Moon Bat that went to school with Kvanaugh to lie about him sexually assaulting her.

This Ford bitch was ready willing and able. She was a stupid pink pussy hat, "Trump is not my President" card carrying Left Wing Democrat asshole with a brother involved with the Russia/DNC attempt to undermine Trump and a father who had a grudge against Kavanugh mother and who was a dumbass Democrat donor.

Ford agreed to part of the Democrat dirty tricks. In addition to being pleased at the opportunity to undermine Trump she got a half million dollars through the gofundme site. A page right out of how to launder money from "Breaking Bad".

Ford was a very credible witness.

While Kavanaugh blew his cover, revealing himself to be angry, bitter, fiercely partisan and a flagrant conspiracy theorist. He tried to yell his way out of Ford's testimony. He came off as a man that had never been held accountable for his acctions raging that the bill might come due.

No she wasn't. The Moon Bat was lying out her ass.

How can this filthy dumbass Libtard bitch be a credible witness against a Trump nominee?

You're mired in hyper-partisanship that blinds you to what the rest of us were able to see: That Ford was a credible, sympathetic witness.

"This was extremely emotional, extremely raw, and extremely credible,” Wallace said during an appearance on Fox News during a brief Senate Judiciary Committee recess.

“Nobody could listen to her deliver those words and talk about the assault and the impact it had had on her life and not have your heart go out to her,” the "Fox News Sunday" host continued. “She obviously was traumatized by an event.”

“This is a disaster for the Republicans,” Wallace added.

Chris Wallace: Ford's testimony is 'a disaster for the Republicans'

And Wallace was not alone:

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said on the same panel with Wallace that Ford came across as an "exceptionally credible" witness.

Both from Fox News. And even they recognize what you're incapable of due to your reliance on politics as the filter through which you view the world: Ford was a credible witness. And her testimony was powerful.

You are really confused about this, aren't you?

Chris Wallace claimed in the morning that the bitch was credible but said in the afternoon that Kavanaugh hit a home run and turned everything around so if you are going to quote him as being some authority then you need to include everything.

Ford is a lying Libtard Moon Bat asshole. She has no proof of anything and the people that she said was there ALL said it didn't happen.

She was never assaulted. She bragged about fucking 60+ guys in high school and college for god's sake.

Meanwhile her gofundme money laundering account is at a half mill and rising with Soros and Steyer money. She even said in her testimony yesterday that Left Wing California shitheads like Steyer were funding her lies.

You're really convinced that by merely calling Ford a liar and an asshole, that she suddenly lacks credibility.

If a witness lies a jury may consider all or part of her testimony to be false.

Maybe a few years in prison for making a false statement to a sitting committee member on Supreme Court nominees will help her memory.

The Democrats have created this story so that it can't be proven or disproven. It was part of their plan all along. Of course they don't want her to answer questions that can be traced. They know that Kavanaugh's family often were out of town--especially in summer when he was off of school.
The Democrats have created this story so that it can't be proven or disproven.

Firstly, the Democrats did nothing. Ford sent the letter to her representative herself. It was then forewarded to Feinstein.

Second, these allegations will never be proven absent a confession. Certainly though, more information from more sources would be available if the FBI were tasked with investigating. That was not a decision that could have been made by any Democrat.

The FBI Looked at this and laughed. If they don’t know where, when or how, they couldn’t investigate anything even if they wanted to. The FBI are not the Thought Police. They (like any other investigative agency) needs some kind of lead in which to work.

Not only that, but emotionally-disturbed people can pass those tests, since they really believe what they're saying.

Truthful people also pass. Will Kavanaugh also take a polygraph?

So what good is a polygraph if liars and honest people can both pass the same test?

Ask the FBI, which frequently uses polygraphs in its security clearance process. What do they know about the utility of polygraph tests that you don't?

And if kavanaugh is telling the truth, he should easily pass. Yet all I hear are excuses why Kavanaugh shouldn't take a polygraph......after Ford already passed one.

Oh please, she demanded not to be asked any questions by lawyers. If she's so truthful, why was that one of her first requests?

And I bet she'd be running for the hill if she was asked to take a new polygraph test from an unbiased source with their questions.

Oh please, she demanded not to be asked any questions by lawyers. If she's so truthful, why was that one of her first requests?

The woman asking her questions was a sex crime prosecutor, dope.

Because the Republicans didn’t give in to that demand. Or are you going to tell us she never made that demand now?

Looking into a rape allegation isn't being the 'thought police'. If you're gonna try and use references to 1984, at least have the slighest clue what those references mean.

you hear that rape victims avoid sex afterwards. but actually its just as common for some of these folks to become promiscuous in self-destructive ways.

traumatized people find themselves reenacting some aspect of the trauma scene without realizing what theyre doing, in a disguised form. even when they are consciously done, they have a feeling of being involuntary. Freud called this recurrent intrusion of traumatic experience "the repetition compulsion"

freud sought the aim of the repetition was to gain mastery, but clinical experience has shown this rarely happens, instead, repetition causes further suffering for the victims

I know quite well what it means.

Try telling your police that you were a victim of an armed robbery 35 years ago. You know who the guy was, but that's about it. You don't know where it was, how you got there, how you got back home, and the only witnesses you can come up with are people that said you are FOS; it never happened!

The police won't even look up where the supposed robber is yet alone question him.

With false rape accusations being very unlikely and Ford passing a polygraph that showed that the odds of her being deceptive on her account of Kavanaugh's attack being 0.05%.

Why wouldn't I believe her?
Hmm. Now the question becomes... why did you believe her? Why isn't she pursuing this matter any further if it were so unabashedly true?

She lied to everyone that day. This proves once and for all that odds and probability are meaningless in this case. Meaningless.
