It is found out that the guy had previous arrest records yet was still able to pass the FBI background check to obtain weapons. Once again, like in the Parkland shooting the FBI has failed to do their proper job and people have died because of it. Maybe if the FBI would focus on the bad guys instead of trying to take down a sitting president, this shit wouldn't happen..
