You have no data to prove your claim.
Nope. The BBB does not cover the day-to-day operating costs of running the country. The BBB is on top of all that.Kind of a bargain considering what TFG did.
Speaker was a Democrat
Democrats in charge.Republicans in Congress did not help either. This was bipartisan.
Once again, show me a single govt handout program that "expired" and went away. You can't, can you?
Reagan raised taxes 18 times. He did so because it was good policy and that he created the largest debt ever by a president at that point. That was out of control spending. Reagan agreed to some tax increases if he got spending cuts in return. He never got the spending cuts. However he managed to slow the growth in spending. The deficit dropped from $300 billion to $149 billion when Reagan left office.
It will add $3 trillion to the debt.
Neither do tax cuts to people who don't need them. So, still a bargain.Nope. The BBB does not cover the day-to-day operating costs of running the country. The BBB is on top of all that.
So this is not a bargain in any way, shape, or form.
"if many of the bill’s sunsetted provisions did not expire." Normally they don't, so there is that.
You really should read your own links, dipshit.I seem to recall the Dems claiming the bill is FREE.
What happened to that?
"The Congressional Budget Office and the staff of the Joint Committee on
Taxation project that a version of the bill modified as you have specified
would increase the deficit by $3.0 trillion over the 2022–2031 period (see
Table 2)."
This estimate is based on language in two documents, which are available from the House Committee on Rules:
Summary of Cost Estimate for H.R. 5376, the Build Back Better Act
As Posted on the Website of the House Committee on Rules on November 3, 2021 (Rules Committee Print 117-18), as Amended by Yarmuth Amendment 112www.cbo.gov
Dems...WHY LIE to pass your bill?
Democrats in charge.
Man up.
You are lying when you say Biden's BBB would add $3 trillion to the debt. You lefties cannot ignore this.
The DEMS ARE LYING WHEN THEY SAY THE BILL ADDS NO $$$ to the DEBT.
OUTRIGHT LIE TO TRY TO GET THEIR BILL PASSED.
The CBO isn't "Republicans", Dummy.
Why are you lying and saying the bill will add $3 trillion to the debt? Why are the Dems lying and saying the Bill will not add one penny to the debt?
I believe the BBB bill will save us money in long run. Much like insulating your house better or upgrading windows.
It will add $3 trillion only if the REPUBLICAN changes are implemented. The bill is bad for WV and bad for the USA.
It will add $3 trillion to the debt.
Guess you haven't heard, Biden and the leftists have been telling Manchin that all of that is a bunch of crap and that the bill is fully paid for. They have been explaining it to him again and again and again and again. Surely if they explain it to Manchin enough times, he will finally understand that the CBO and everyone else is wrong and they are right. Bring on more inflation.I seem to recall the Dems claiming the bill is FREE.

And, would in a heartbeat. We aren't nor is Manchin stupid. The bill sets a expiration time on this. Democrats would have to pass a new bill.
