You don’t know what you quoting. 6% is the percent of people who had nothing else listed on their death certificate. You should know that’s a nearly meaningless statistic and your attempt to wave away 94% of deaths from COVID is absurd to anyone who has any idea what they’re talking about.

If the death certificate lists COVID as a cause of death as well as heart disease, it does not mean they died of heart disease. It means the heart disease contributed to their death.

Were you aware he only had superficial trauma to his head? A small subarachnoid hemorrhage is not fatal. He didn’t die from the fall.

What they did find was massive pulmonary venous congestion, microthromi, fibrin deposition with large inflammatory processes in the alveoli.

He had severe pneumonia.

Why did he fall off the ladder? The most likely explanation was progressive hypoxia leading to cardiac arrest while he was climbing up the ladder.

There was an uncommon set of circumstances that even lead to this person having a COVID test and autopsy. The fact that he had attempted resuscitation by EMS meant he got a COVID swab. The fact that it was a workplace death meant he got an autopsy to confirm cause of death. It would have been extremely easy for a death with an obvious cause without further examination to be misidentified as not having anything to do with COVID.

What this should demonstrate to you is that report of deaths is most likely under counted than over counted.
